This checklist includes things to do before departure and things to pack in your stateroom luggage.
Before Departure:
- turn off water at home
- water plants
- pay invoices
- close windows
- advise alarm company
- organize passport, medical insurance papers, and print or download (offline!) a copy of your travel plans
Pack in stateroom luggage:
- eye mask and ear plugs
- sunscreen
- magnetic hooks
- laundry soap
- Just in case medications (cough drops, anti-nausea etc)
- travel coffee mug
- folding/small backpack
- binoculars
- US cash for tips and transfers
- bandaids
- chapstick with sunscreen.
